

Are You Breathing Wrong ?🤓🤔 MOST OF US do not “breathe into” our entire body, but instead ONLY expand the upper chest (missing out on the actual death of our breath). OR we expand our belly and neglect the rib cage and upper abdomen expansions (missing out on the height of our breath). & MOST OF US “breathe into” the front body (missing the sides and back/ width of our breath). Basically, we end up breathing into regions of our body, but not filling our whole body. The reason we do this is because it’s not only difficult to get a full deep breath, but it can be scary... stress and last trauma can make it hard for any of us to access our full breath. This fast-paced, stressful life often leads to shortness of breath and even unintentionally holding of your breathđź¤
