My dog ran into my knee a couple nights ago & his under eyelid is swollen. I was going to bring him to the vet but a tree fell on the main road and no one can leave until crews come out and clean it up. And considering it’s been snowing for 2 days who knows😅 thanks in advance, I’d just like some advice please
