This body has carried me through life so far and although pieces may be imperfect in my own eyes, that’s what makes my body human. I’m officially 25+lbs down and I am treating my body so well.. I’m taking note when it needs rest, and when I can push it to it’s limit in the gym. I’m eating healthy and treating myself when I’d like. Take 2 minutes to appreciate your body today too!❤️
