Now I know you might feel the urge to tell me that I don’t need to lose weight, and that you like me the way I am. That’s very sweet and while I appreciate it, I feel so much more comfortable in my skin and in my clothes. I’m so happy to be in a much better place mentally and physically. Let’s keep the good vibes going for 2023! 🥰💦
