I woke up at 3am on my couch absolutely surrounded by food, covered in noodles and sauce, and with a weight gain shake half spilled all over my couch. I went absolutely hog wild and I am struggling today big time š I have no idea how much I ate but it was definitely over 15k. Is this my reality now? Eating myself into a stupor on a work night?
