I’m using plant allies of sage, skullcap, jasmine, mugwort, and cornflower to help integrate the recent new moon, with my Yule candle, and selected stones (bloodstone, citrine, pink moonstone, blue lace agate and aragonite, for anyone curious.) I’ve also added juniper salt, magnesium flakes, and Dead Sea salt. (Magnesium flakes are a potent way to absorb magnesium which honestly, everyone should try adding to their regime especially at nighttime - just research the different types to see what resonates most). Baths are one of my favorite potions and anytime I’m feeling like it’s hard to be a human on this earth, I know to find water to immerse myself in. It helps *every time.*
