Getting 3 Big Macs and a large chocolate shake for lunch, a couple quarts of half & half to sip throughout the day, and for dinner a whole large cheese pizza from CostCo (over 4,000 calories) and as much of a two liter of Pepsi as I can fit in my stomach 🍕 Anything else I should eat today? 🤤
