I originally recorded a quick intro but the audio got drowned out with background noise. Here's a quick description and you can message me with questions; 4 rounds, each round do the following; min 1: 10 lunges + 10s lunge hold right + 10s lunge hold left, min 2: 10 hammer curls, min 3: 20 Russian twists. The lunges and holds should take about a minute, you'll go right into the bicep curls but should have 20-30s rest after bicep curls and another 20-30s rest after the twists. The idea is to get the heart rate up on the lunges and bicep curls, then get a little recovery before starting the next round. You can add or subtract reps as needed.
