The day after my birthday, I got laid off from my day job. I was working remotely as a marketing professional for a tech company, which helped pay for me to travel and do stand up. I fucking hated that job. They let go a huge portion of the company on Thursday, and it was the best day of my life.
I’m not going back - now I have no excuse but to pursue comedy full time, really hone in on launching my podcast, continue my acting classes and start auditioning. This page has provided me so much freedom and I am so thankful for all of you here. You guys are so respectful and kind; totally not what I would’ve expected on this app when I joined.
So anyway, just wanted to say I’m now fully committing myself to comedy and all of my other creative ventures. I’m really excited. And I wouldn’t be able to do that without you all 🖤 THANK YOU!!!!!
