


Leg day today❤️ I’ve been really excited to lift weights lately, doing the progressive overload method and realizing I’m a long stronger than I think! This video was taken about a month ago and already and I’m cringing at my form🫠 currently focusing on bracing my core (it’s super flaring out on these hip thrusts) and going slow with good form with each rep. Really proud of my progress so far though ✨🤝
