A couple videos and some pics of my flexibility progress. Full disclosure, I am wearing a thong so not completely naked. I've noticed I am feeling more confident as I practice and make progress. And my back is definitely getting stronger and more flexible.

Not naked yoga. I do understand that naked yoga is preferred. I prefer that as well. I feel more empowered and free. Unfortunately mother nature is a bit demanding and it'll probably be a couple of days before I can do naked yoga again. But I am still doing my stretches regularly and wanted to share. I hold the pose for a little over two minutes, which is the longest I've been able to hold it so far. Yay!

Okay, some of you all wanted pics from behind of my poses yesterday. I hadn't thought about that but I guess it is important so you can see my full posture. Also, there is a quick video of me doing cow/cat posture. It was very helpful suggesting by a friend on here and it did help stretch my back out immensely this morning so huge thank yous for the suggestion and for modeling the sequence for me.
