I think of it like a long film/mini series vs seasons of a TV show and I think that helps. I’m done with season 2. Burnham has not cried as much as I thought and the spore drive plot line dances around concepts I explore in my work. Except permanence of past moments housed in the body, not the universe. My guess is they’ll introduce too many characters doing too much and it makes everything watered down and weakens character and story. Very classic sci-fi show mistake. Does anyone else watch it?
