How is the diet going? π·
Tip:
For those who eat 1-2 times a day, I would not recommend to jump into 6 meals right away. You donβt want to get overwhelmed and quit next day lol.
I would recommend double your meals but make smaller portions, you can make them the same as mine!
2 000 calories is a good amount for a regular person, Iβm not talking about bodybuilders right now.
For those who already lift and regularly go to the gym, you can make them a little bigger or start with my potions and see how you feel.
The goal: to be hungry every 2:45 hours!!!!

To get a perfect body you want we need to EAT!!!! Yes correct we need to eat a lot, believe it or not!
We need to eat 5-6 times a day ideally, and the portions should be that you get hungry every 2:30-2:45 hours, you have to experiment with that!
Breakfast is very important! You want to have it as soon as you wake up!
You want to start your engine as soon as possible after you are awake βΌοΈβΌοΈβΌοΈ
